All content on the dealtop.fr website and the Deal TOP application (texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, scripts, software) is the exclusive property of NOGUERO Michel / Deal Top corp, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site and the application, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

The Deal TOP trademark, its logo and its visuals are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement sanctioned by the French Intellectual Property Code.

4. Terms of use

Use of the dealtop.fr website and the Deal TOP application implies full and unreserved acceptance of the general terms of use described in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Deal TOP application offers a weekly subscription at €4.99/week with a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Personal data protection (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended:

• Data controller: Michel NOGUERO — contact@dealtop.fr
• Data collected: last name, first name, email address, phone number, business data (contacts, pipeline, history)
• Purpose: operation of the CRM application, account management, customer support
• Legal basis: user consent and performance of the contract
• Retention period: data is retained for as long as the account is active, then deleted within 30 days after account deletion
• Recipients: data is not shared with any third party. It is hosted on Supabase (EU)
• Transfer outside the EU: no data is transferred outside the European Union

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and obtain a copy
• Right to rectification: request the correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your personal data
• Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format (CSV)
• Right to object: object to the processing of your data
• Right to restriction: request the restriction of processing

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@dealtop.fr or use the account deletion feature in the application (Delete my account).

In the event of a dispute, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority): www.cnil.fr.

6. Cookies

The dealtop.fr website only uses essential cookies necessary for the operation of the site (language preferences, authentication session). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

7. Limitation of liability

The publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site or the application. The publisher shall not be held liable for the use made by users of the information and content present on the site and the application.

The publisher undertakes to secure the site and the application to the best of its ability; however, its liability cannot be engaged if undesirable data is imported and installed without the user's knowledge.

8. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal of Saint-Pierre, La Réunion.
