Deal TOP is a customer relationship management (CRM) mobile application designed for field sales reps. Key features include:

• A visual sales pipeline, customizable by professional profile
• A follow-up system with calendar and push notifications
• 22 sales scripts by profile and by stage
• Enhanced customer records (photo, notes, financing, history)
• Performance statistics (revenue, targets, conversion rate)
• Delivery tracking / contract status through to handover
• An interface available in French and English

Access to Deal TOP is offered via a weekly subscription:

• Price: 4.99€ per week (incl. VAT)
• Renewal: automatic every week
• Payment: handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play)
• Commitment: none — cancel anytime

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Deal TOP reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, with prior notice in the app.

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Deal TOP → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Deal TOP → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current weekly period. No prorated refund is issued for the week already in progress.

Deal TOP does not handle refunds directly. Refunds are processed by Apple or Google according to their own policies:

• iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: via the Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase

By using Deal TOP, you agree to:

• Use the application solely for legitimate professional purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent security or access controls
• Not resell, redistribute, or copy the application's content
• Comply with applicable laws regarding the protection of your customers' personal data

Deal TOP reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of misuse.

Deal TOP strives to keep the application available 24/7. However, interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to technical issues. Deal TOP cannot be held liable for damages resulting from any temporary unavailability of the service.

All content within the Deal TOP application (sales scripts, interface, design, text, code) is the exclusive property of its creator and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Deal TOP is a sales assistance tool. The sales results achieved depend on many factors specific to each user. Deal TOP does not guarantee any specific outcome and cannot be held liable for sales results.

Deal TOP's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user during the 30 days preceding the incident.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable settlement. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
