Deal TOP is the mobile CRM application published and operated by its creator. For any questions regarding your personal data, you can contact us at: contact@dealtop.fr

We only collect data that you provide to us directly:

• Account data: email address and encrypted password (we never see your password in plain text)
• Profile data: name, sales profile type, monthly targets
• Business data: contacts, leads, deals, notes and history that you enter yourself
• Photos: only the photos you explicitly choose to add to a customer record

We never collect: GPS location, phone contacts, browsing history, banking data, or any other data not listed above.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Run the application and sync your data across your devices
• Allow you to recover access to your account
• Manage your subscription
• Improve features (only in an anonymized and aggregated manner)

We never use your data for advertising or marketing targeting purposes.

Your data is stored via Supabase, a professional hosting provider in Europe, compliant with the highest standards:

• SSL/TLS encryption of all communications (HTTPS)
• Data encrypted at rest
• GDPR-compliant hosting (European Union)
• Row Level Security: each user only sees their own data

Your business data (contacts, deals, notes) is accessible only to you.

We never sell, trade or share your personal data. The only third parties involved are:

• Supabase — database hosting provider (technical processor bound by contractual confidentiality obligations)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment and subscription management
• RevenueCat — in-app subscription management (no business data transmitted)
• Legal authorities — only if expressly required by French law

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. In the event of account deletion:

• All your personal and business data is deleted within 30 days
• Technical backups are purged within 90 days

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain a copy of all your data
• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: delete your account and all your data
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a readable format
• Right to object: object to certain processing activities

Payments are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Deal TOP never stores your banking information. Managing your subscription (renewal, cancellation) is done directly from your phone's settings.

• Camera & Photo library: only to add a photo to a customer record, on explicit request. Never used in the background.
• Push notifications: to remind you of your sales follow-ups. Entirely optional.

No other permission is required or requested.
