When you request the deletion of your account, the following data is permanently erased:
You can request the deletion of your account in two ways:
Open Deal TOP → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete my account". Deletion is immediate.
Send an email to contact@dealtop.fr with the subject "Account deletion" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid any additional charges, please cancel your subscription before deleting your account:
Deletion from the app is immediate. By email, allow a maximum of 48 hours.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to have your personal data erased.
