Understanding billing
Manager billing works as follows:
- € 3.99 / user / week for each team member
- Minimum 10 users per team
- Monthly billing sent directly to the manager
- Team members enjoy free access to the app (no individual subscription required)

From the mobile app, manage your team members and track their performance.
Share the team code / invitation link
To invite your sales reps to join the team:
View members and their stats
From the Team screen, you can see:
- The list of all members with their photo and name
- Individual statistics: number of deals, revenue generated, conversion rate
- Activity status: last connection, recent activity
Leaderboard
A real-time leaderboard motivates your team. Sales reps are ranked by performance (sales, revenue, conversion rate). The leaderboard is visible to all team members and creates healthy competition.
The podium displays the top 3 sales reps of the month with their statistics.
Configure stats visibility
As a manager, you control what your sales reps see:
- Full stats - Each member sees everyone's stats
- Leaderboard only - Members see the rank but not the detailed figures
- Personal stats - Each member only sees their own stats

To remove a sales rep from the team:

Distribute leads to your sales reps and track their progress in real time.
Create a lead
As a manager, you can create leads and assign them to your sales reps:
Assign to a member
Lead assignment happens at the time of creation or afterwards. The assigned sales rep receives a push notification and the lead appears directly in their pipeline at the "Prospect" stage.
Track lead progress
Once the lead is assigned, track its progress in real time:
- Current stage in the sales rep's pipeline
- Last activity (call, email, meeting)
- Processing time since assignment
- Notes and history of interactions
Recover an unprocessed lead
If a lead is not processed within a reasonable timeframe, the manager can:

The web dashboard accessible at admin.dealtop.fr/manager offers a complete overview of your team with advanced management tools.

Dashboard overview
The dashboard is organized into several sections accessible from the side menu:
Dashboard (KPIs, charts, podium)
The dashboard home page presents:
- Global KPIs: total sales, cumulative revenue, number of active leads, average conversion rate
- Charts: sales evolution by week/month, pipeline breakdown, member comparison
- Podium: the top 3 sales reps of the month with their key stats
My Team (details of each member)
Click on a member to access their detailed profile:
- Personal statistics: sales, revenue, conversion rate, number of contacts
- Pipeline: breakdown of their deals by stage
- Recent activity: latest calls, emails, meetings
- Assigned leads: status of each assigned lead
Lead Assignment (assign/recover)
From this section:
- Create a new lead with all the prospect's information
- Assign to a member via the dropdown menu
- View the status of each lead (unprocessed, in progress, converted, lost)
- Recover an unprocessed lead to reassign it
- Filter by status, sales rep, assignment date
Performance (comparative stats, CSV export)
The Performance section offers a comparative view of your team:
- Comparative table: all members side by side with their KPIs
- Evolution charts: progression of each sales rep over time
- CSV export: download performance data for your internal reports
Activity (real-time timeline)
The activity timeline displays in real time all of your team's actions:
- New contact created by [Member]
- Deal moved to "Negotiation" by [Member]
- Call made to [Contact] by [Member]
- Deal signed by [Member] - Revenue: X €
This view lets you keep an eye on daily activity without having to request reports.
Team Settings
Configure your team's settings from the dashboard:
- Team name - Editable at any time
- Invitation code - Regeneratable if needed
- Stats visibility - Define what members see
- Notifications - Configure manager alerts
- Member management - Add, remove, roles
Geolocation
Track your sales reps' location in real time and optimize your team's field routes.
Team map
As a manager, the interactive map displays in real time the location of each team member, in addition to your geolocated customers.
- Purple markers — Managers
- Green markers — Team members
- Colored markers — Customers (red = hot, orange = warm, blue = cold)
Each team marker displays the sales rep's initials and the time of their last position update.
Directions & Routes
Your sales reps can directly from the map:
- Launch directions to a customer via Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps
- View nearby customers sorted by distance
- Plan an optimized multi-stop route (up to 10 customers)
This feature allows your team to save time on the field and optimize their travel.
View on the web dashboard
The web manager dashboard also offers a Geolocation section with a map displaying the location of all your sales reps. You can see at a glance who is in the field and where your teams are located.
Billing
Understand how manager billing works and manage your invoices.
How it works
Billing for teams is simple and transparent:
- Rate: € 3.99 per user per week
- Minimum: 10 users per team
- Billing: monthly, sent to the manager
- Calculation: number of active members x € 3.99 x number of weeks
The invoice is issued by Deal TOP and sent to the manager by email each month.
View invoices
Your invoices are accessible:
- By email: you receive each invoice as a PDF
- From the web dashboard: Settings > Billing section
- Full history of past invoices
Free access for members
Your team members enjoy full free access to the Deal TOP app:
- No need to subscribe to an individual plan
- Access to all features (pipeline, contacts, AI, scripts, etc.)
- Access is active as long as the member is part of the team
- If a member leaves the team, they switch to the standard individual subscription
