The Deal TOP Enterprise portal is designed for companies managing multiple sales teams. It provides a centralized view of all your sales activity.

The Enterprise portal is designed for:

  • Sales directors who supervise multiple teams
  • Sales managers who track overall performance
  • Administrators who manage access and data

It is distinct from the Manager dashboard, which is intended for managers of a single team.

Access the Enterprise portal with your administrator credentials.

💻 Sign in

Go to the Deal TOP Enterprise portal.
Enter your administrator email and password.
Click "Sign in".
You land on the Dashboard with an overview of your company.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides an instant overview of your company's sales activity.

📈 Main KPIs

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find the key indicators:

  • Number of teams active in your company
  • Total sales reps
  • Total contacts in the database
  • Pipeline value — total amount of deals in progress
  • Contacts this month — new contacts this month
  • Signed deals — contracts closed this month
  • Conversion rate — percentage of prospects converted
  • Average basket — average value of signed deals

🔗 Company code

The dashboard displays your unique company code. This code allows your managers to link their teams to your company. Share it with your team managers so they can register.

Teams & Sales reps

Manage all your sales teams and track the performance of each sales rep.

👥 Team view

Each team is displayed with:

  • Manager name and role
  • Number of members in the team
  • Team KPIs — contacts, signed deals, pipeline
  • Member list with their individual statistics

👤 Sales rep profile

Click on a sales rep to open their detailed profile:

  • Information — name, email, team, registration date
  • Statistics — contacts, deals, conversion rate
  • Pipeline — deal distribution by stage
  • Recent activity — latest actions performed

📥 CSV Export

Export your teams and sales reps data as a CSV file to integrate it into your reporting tools. Click the "Export" button at the top of the table.

Access the centralized contact database of your entire company.

🔍 Search and filters

The contacts view offers powerful search tools:

  • Text search — by name, company, email or phone
  • Stage filter — Prospect, Qualification, Proposal, Negotiation, Signed, Lost
  • Temperature filter — Hot, Warm, Cold
  • Sales rep filter — see the contacts of a specific sales rep

📌 Unassigned contacts

The "Unassigned" section lists contacts released by sales reps who have left the company. You can reassign them to another sales rep to avoid losing opportunities.

📥 CSV Export

Export the complete list of contacts in CSV format. The file includes all information: name, company, email, phone, pipeline stage, temperature, assigned sales rep and deal value.

Visualize the consolidated sales pipeline of your entire company.

📊 View by stage

The global pipeline displays the distribution of all deals by stage:

  • Prospect — First contacts established
  • Qualification — Needs identified
  • Proposal — Offer sent
  • Negotiation — Discussion in progress
  • Signed — Deal closed
  • Lost — Opportunity lost

Each stage shows the number of deals and the total value. You can see at a glance where your opportunities are concentrated.

Analyze the performance of your sales force in depth.

📅 Analysis periods

Choose the analysis period that suits you:

  • Last 7 days — short-term view
  • Last 30 days — monthly view
  • Last 90 days — quarterly view
  • Last 12 months — annual view
  • All — complete history

📈 Available indicators

  • Global conversion rate — percentage of prospects that became customers
  • Average deal value — average basket per sale
  • Total signed — revenue for the period
  • Performance by sales rep — ranking and comparison
  • Contact trends — evolution of the number of contacts
  • Temperature distribution — hot/warm/cold breakdown
  • Conversion by stage — pass-through rate between stages

Geolocation

Track the real-time position of your field teams on an interactive map.

🗺 Real-time map

The map displays the real-time position of each sales rep in the field. You can see:

  • Current position of each sales rep
  • Time of last update of the position
  • Name and team of the sales rep

A counter at the top of the map indicates how many members are located and how many are not.

Geolocation is particularly useful for:

  • Checking territorial coverage — ensuring that your teams cover assigned areas well
  • Coordinating travel — avoiding two sales reps visiting the same area
  • Reacting in real time — assigning a nearby prospect to a sales rep already on site

Privacy: The position is shared only during working hours and with the sales rep's consent. Each member can disable location sharing in their settings.

Stock / Catalog

Manage your product catalog and share it with all your sales teams.

📦 Product types

The catalog supports multiple product types:

  • Vehicles — make, model, year, mileage, price
  • Real estate — property type, surface, location
  • Contracts / Insurance — type, duration, conditions
  • Tech / Software — licenses, features
  • Health / Pharma — references, packaging
  • Generic products — any other type of product
  • Services — offerings, interventions

Add a product

Click "Add an item".
Select the product type.
Fill in the information: name, reference, price, description.
Define availability (available or unavailable).
Click "Save". The product is immediately visible to your sales reps in the app.

📥 Excel Import / Export

To manage your catalog in bulk:

  • Import — Download the Excel template, fill it with your products, then import it
  • Export — Export your entire catalog as an Excel file to modify or back it up

Tip: Use Excel import to quickly add hundreds of products at once. Download the template first to learn the expected format.

The catalog is accessible via a REST API to integrate your external tools:

  • POST /stock-api — Add items
  • GET /stock-api — List items
  • PUT /stock-api/{id} — Modify an item
  • DELETE /stock-api/{id} — Delete an item

This section displays your company information:

  • Legal name and legal form
  • Address of the head office
  • Billing contact — email and phone
  • Company code — to share with your managers
  • Limits — maximum number of managers and members
  • Status — activation and creation date

Administrators

Manage access to the Enterprise portal by adding or removing administrators.

Add an administrator

Click "Add an admin".
Enter the email and password.
Choose the role: Admin (full access) or Reader (view only).
Click "Save".

🔐 Available roles

  • Admin — Full access: can view, edit, add and delete data
  • Reader — Read-only access: can view dashboards and statistics without modifying

Security: Limit the number of administrators with full access. Use the Reader role for people who only need to view data.

Activity log

View the complete history of all actions performed by your sales reps.

📜 Event types

The log automatically records:

  • Contact created — a new contact has been added
  • Contact modified — a card has been updated
  • Stage changed — a deal has changed stage in the pipeline
  • Deal signed — a contract has been closed

Filter the log to quickly find information:

  • By action type — creation, modification, stage change, signing
  • By sales rep — see the activity of a specific sales rep
  • By date — filter by period

🔒 Security

Manage the security of your account:

  • Change password — modify your administrator password
  • Data management — export and backup of data
